Flirting
Sorry, no header from me this week. I only have limited capacity where I am at the moment and can't access my old files.
But basically: Percy and Gwaine watch Merlin and Arthur.
This is G rated and the first thing I've written in more than 2 months. Bear with me.
Gwaine leaned back and laughed.
"What's so funny?" Percy set his beer mug down and looked at his friend.
"Look at them."
"Who?" Percy's eyes wandered in the same direction than Gwaine's. "What are we looking at?"
"Body language, Perce, body language."
Percy saw Merlin and Arthur standing at the bar, obviously just waiting for their drinks and talking. Merlin smiled and somehow Arthur's chest had become wider. "Huh?"
"No matter what they are telling us, they're flirting so hard." Gwaine seemed to very content and smiled smuggly as he crossed his arms in front of his chest.
Their friends had denied a mutual attraction for so long, but the longer Percy observed them, the more he knew that Gwaine was right. Merlin giggled and blushed at Arthur's lame jokes - not that he could hear them from where they were sitting, but Arthur's jokes were always on the lame side - and Arthur stood there, straight, shoulders pulled back to make himself look some kind of impressive when he didn't lean into Merlin's personal space to say something else.
Yup, Gwaine was right. They were flirting. Their body language gave them away. Exchanging a wink with Gwaine, Percy also leaned back and watched the spectacle unfold.
