(no subject)
Just found out I do get to move into my permanent place of residence for the school year when I report for football...very good thing. American Trim has offered me to stay on through the fall, also a good thing. Will get to work and keep learning there, take a class or two in school, and play football....then comes the real world stuff. Should be a good time, and look forward to this last semester. On last hoorah on the field, one last chance to enjoy minimal responsibilities, that sort of thing.
Leave in three weeks. Need to get all work on the camaro done and sealed away by then. Tired of waiting on the bodyshop and such for the work to get done, so might press the issue. Also fixing the exhaust, and doing some work on the undercarriage again....might even slip on the new tires if I feel frisky. Then off to storage it will go :)
Interesting angles are always forming, interesting to see how everything plays out.
Cousin just left back for Iraq....got Dear John'd once he got home....real fuckin shady, but go figure....I'd ditch the bitch for good (as this is about the third time she has done this) and start looking elsewhere, but I think he'd take her back because he is too nice of a guy....hopefully all goes well for him until he gets home. I most likely would have stayed over, because it has to be tough being there for damn near a year, getting home for two weeks, only to go back. Said he hates most of the people, and the entire literally stinks. At least he gets to stick around on base; might have to stash a bottle of Crown in a teddy bear or some shit and ship it over to him. His sister also had her baby boy while he was home, so was a good chance for everyone to not only see him, but also the baby and the timing worked out pretty cool-like.
Bought all my thoughts for the moment.
