Oh my goodness!!!
Jane Seymour is going to be in Kansas City tomorrow for a charity event and I am going to go!
She will be signing, which means that there is potential that I may actually *meet* her! I don't think I've ever been so starstruck in my life. I was Dr. Quinn for Halloween when I was 14 for goodness sake! Then she is responsible for my DwtS and Strictly addictions too! I hadn't ever even considered that this might ever in a million years actually happen. I saw the ad on TV and literally sat there with my mouth open in shock. I actually had a very vivid "meet Jane" dream when I was in high school. Who knew she would come to Kansas? No one EVER does that!
I realize that I am a big dork. I hope that I get that all out of my system now, so that tomorrow I am NOT a big dork when it counts!
Now I regret very much that I don't own Dr. Quinn dvds. They were only available in person here for a short time at very high prices, and I've never gotten around to ordering them when Netflicks and YouTube make it so easy to watch for cheap or free. I do have a couple of Dr. Quinn books that I'm taking along in case she's signing things and not her own pictures or whatever.
Thank goodness my nice calm friend K is going with me for moral support when I totally chicken out and freeze up.
