Recced because: I love crossovers. I love well-done crossovers even more. And most of all I love crossovers so perfect that they might as well be canon. This is one of those crossovers.
I always knew that the Friz had to be a Time Lady, and this exploration of precisely how that might have been was done beautifully. I really enjoyed the remembered interactions between Romana and the Doctor--in particular, SummerRayn did an brilliant job of explaining the concept of a school bus (something so common to us) as an element of an entirely different culture. It's not often that we get to see the Earth described that way.
And for those of us who watched/read Magic School Bus as a kid, that last line means nothing less than adventure. A wonderful fic!
