The greatest day in awhile followed by the worst day in my life. To date.
So yesterday rocked hard. I skipped my afternoon classes (thank you taxpayers!) and instead went downtown to get hammered (frozen Maitai brainfreeze) with the wonderful miss Cheyenne followed by some fun times at her place later on.
It was all said and done an awesome day spent with an awesome girl.
Today, on the other hand, was the perfect follow up. I get to school and get yelled at for my hair, I get a call from work telling me that they changed their mind about that whole 'you can go visit drew thingy' and that I won't be able to do that...the day after I bought non-refundable plane tickets. AWESOME. Oh, that and I'll be gone for a month longer than they originally told me. Consolation prize? Well the anal rape midget wasn't around so I had to leave empty handed.
Fast forward past uncomfy phone call to da' girl and my best friend and several angry conversations with expedia and united airline about the exact defintion of the word 'unrefundable' and how my dictionary is lacking all pages pertaining to the letter 'U' and the subsequent me losing around 700$ and here I am. Indigestion from eating too many cheese enchiladas and reminded, once again, why it is that I'm not staying in the fucking navy.
In the unlikely event that anyone has saved ANY sympathy for me, now would be a good time to bless me with it.
