A 110 second walk away from an ice skating rink.

A two minute walk away from subway sandwiches.

A two minute and 10 second walk away from Pizza Hut.

An 80 second walk away from a video store.

A 60 second walk away from a bar. Like, I live behind the bar.

I'm loving the new apartment.
