Raidou is not himself a demon, but he can see/sense them, and he has a bunch of demon familiars, including Beelzebub, Lilith, Metatron, and Sandalphon. And a couple of Horsemen of the Apocalypse. And Alice, whose "uncles" are Belial and Nebiros. And camp!Dante, whom I keep forgetting to list.
...Although angels (and gods) are more or less considered types of demons in SMT-land, and that's kind of how Raidou thinks of them. He's pretty neutral about demons in general, in part because of how broadly the term is defined in his world, and mostly judges them on an individual basis. (Lucifer seems to have an odd sort of crush on him, which weirds Raidou out to no end.)
(As a side note, Lucifer, Beelzebub, and Satan are separate entities in SMT, with Satan allied with YHVH and Beelzebub subordinate to Lucifer. YHVH hasn't shown up in Raidou's branch of the canon yet, but does exist. If you're already familiar with SMT, feel free to ignore me here.)
Minako is human, and while her personas look like mythological figures, they're actually aspects of her psyche. She did carry Death around in her body for about ten years, though. Now she's dating him.
Reid is human and can't sense anything supernatural.
