Basket Biscuits!
We made these in cooking class way back in September. The ingredient list sounds kind of odd and I didn't think they sounded like anything good to eat but I was wrong. It is now our favorite meal on nights when there is little time to cook.
1 can of plain, refrigerated biscuits (10-12 count, like Pillsbury or Hungry Jack
1 can 15oz. can of chili (any kind, hot, with or without beans, vegetarian...etc.)
Shredded cheddar cheese or you can try whatever kind you like
muffin pan
cupcake/muffin cups
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Flatten biscuits and put inside muffin pan.
3. Put spoonful of chilli on each biscuit.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.

5. Bake for 10 - 12 mins.
6. Take out of muffin pan and let cool before eating.
I use paper or aluminum cupcake/muffin cups because it makes them easier to clean up.
