I went with the kindle touch, because I specifically wanted the e-ink. I've played with tablets, and have read on my phone, but the e-ink is just like reading a page in a book. The down side is that, of course, it's not back lit and only does black and white, but I like that. :D I wasn't entirely sold on it, until I spent an afternoon reading on it. One time sold me entirely.
As for SWtor, I really am in love. I like MMOs anyway, but this is the first one to have what is a really engaging storyline, at least to me. Every class has a class specific story line. I've really enjoyed all the ones that I've tried so far, with my favorite being my main, a Sith Warrior. The moral choices are still a little off, but it's way better than Fable, and they really help me to get a feel for my character's personality. I just did a quest line where I'd graciously allowed some Republic scum to live, and a later quest in the same line allowed me to call in that debt and they came and helped me. SO COOL. Plus you get companions that assist you, so you can play a tank or healer and still solo, which is nice.
If you're interested, Penny Arcade has been talking about it a lot, they're as in love with the game as I am. I'm sure you could find out more there if you poked around a bit. :D Or if you have specific questions, I would happily continue to gush. ;)
