oh totally forgot to update about the house. made an offer, got a counter offer, accepted it. have had said house inspected, appraised and hammered out most of the details onthe loan. as soon as the current owners slap a step and a rail on the deck and we sign some final paperwork its mine all mine. set date is the 17th but could be as early as the 10th.
that leaves me about 6-7 weeks to clean/paint, move stuff and clean at the exhome. Althought I'm actually hoping to manage atleast most of it by Labor day, have a kick ass labor day/new house/26th bday BBQ on the 7th of Sept.
Ya. it could happen.
