I echo your sentiments. Regardless of what we all think or want, this is being set up for us to sympathize with Arizona and for many people to like her again. I've heard, unlikeable, unwatchable, and selfish and a lot of other adjectives used to describe Arizona. I never saw those, those are likely folks who are not vested in the two characters as we are. This is the moment where Arizona, hopefully, accepts what Callie has told her, and she does move on to being good on her own. Dr. Herman started it, even told her, try being alone for a while. Callie actually did this as we can see in the time jump. I think facing this (by AZ seeing Callie kiss someone) is a "grown-up" moment for them both. Either one or both will avoid this, but hopefully, the awkward situation will be addressed. Like you said, we know of the close call with Leah, sleeping with Lauren in the hospital. But AZ has never had to face someone Callie is interested in or dating or whatever, in this case kiss. The kiss was kinda hot. Sorry. I agree, while the kiss was hot,

Sorry to say, but that image was from when they were in Arizona's office after Callie had walked out on her. Remember Callie said that Arizona didn't have to leave the house and AZ snarked back at her about not wanting to suffocate Callie.
