I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap of the wall so I wouldn't have to destroy the land, but I found no one.
Righteousness is the wall that protects our land. It is a wall that needs to be rebuilt, one person at a time. As we rebuild our personal spiritual righteousness through excanging our lives with The Lord Jesus Christ and giving him control of everything within us, then we will be the ones chosen to stand in the gap. God is looking for people to do this. Others are depending on us and they don't even know it. Let's pray for them and ourselves. It is a pretty scary world out there without the security of God's wall of righteousness around us.
