Tomorrow is the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Mini. There'll be various displays around, such as in the middle of Perth, if you happen to be in the area.

Thanks to SBS showing the cricket and filling the spaces between overs with self-promotion, I've learnt about a few tv series they're airing that I've wanted to see, such as The Circuit and Entourage. Also East West 101, of which I hadn't heard, but I'm very pleased they're repeating the first series (and then showing a second). Sensitive New Age Cop of Middle Eastern Background does police stuff and other stuff; clashes with William McInnes. I thought the first episode, last week, was great.
