Had quite the nice birthday.  My parents sent me the funniest e-card EVER, involving a sock puppet and a cake.  Lots of friends came out to see me at a fun LES bar that has a "whispering only" policy -- that doesn't quite happen as you might expect, but the bartender makes repeated shushing attempts all the same.  It's good fun.  There's also ( Read more... )
