Name Change
imbrii → call_me_ishmael
Not to be confused with callmeishmael, the dead account that I kept hoping would magically disappear. But it is the same as call-me-ishmael. I have been wanting this change but kept putting it off. It's hard to let go of a name after I've had it so long. (Also I'm a cheapskate). Still, very happy I finally did it.
Resulting changes in other journal sites:
I was already terrible at it, so I don't think this comes as a surprise. I will no longer be updating or checking
imbrii. It will be not be deleted. My apologies to the people on IJ, but I was already unable to properly split my attention. I wish you well.
I'm still not sure what's happening on DW. I have
callmeishmael and
imbrii but don't want to pay for a name change token for a site I keep forgetting exists. I may try crossposting to DW under
callmeishmael and turn
imbrii into my new backup fic journal. We'll see.
