today i had an 8am appointment with my doctor to check the progress of my ankle... and yay for being a quick healer because today was the last appointment i needed. i don't have to go back unless something happens again... i just have to finish up my physical therapy next week and then ease myself back to normal activities, which means dancing and ( Read more... )

i successfully made it up and back down the stairs today! on my butt... but hey, progress is progress... i must say thoguh, it took a lot of energy. i also discovered i am able to sit up with my leg down for an extended period of time, though kitchen chairs are not so comfortable... oh well... it turned out to be a fun night... started out ( Read more... )
