A few months ago I decided to do a drastic change with my hair. I decided to get it cut fairly short and color it red. Well, the color is gorgeous but the hair cut was AWFUL! She totally butchered my hair. She didn't listen to a word I said about how I wanted it cut and I'm guessing completely disregarded the picture I showed her. so I was left with this chop job to deal with while it grew out. Not much I could do with it at all. Yesterday I decided to straighten it to see how that would work. It looked like I had a mullet. It was horrible. I drove around for about an hour looking for a salon that met my standards. For those of you that don't know, I did hair for several years so I get extremely aggrivated when someone can't follow simple directions for a hair cut.
After searching a found a salon that met my standards. For one, it was clean...clutter free, combs properly sanitized, stations neat instead of puddles of hair product sticking to the surface ect... The owner was the lucky winner to do my hair. Let me tell you...he did a FABULOUS haircut. I love it! For 30 bucks I got a wash, cut and style. That's incredible considering I was paying 60 at Aveda. We decided to do a short layered bob. It's awesome. It compliments me well. Works well with my color and it's soooo easy to do. With school starting this week I'm not going to have much time to invest in styling my hair. I got some great straightening serum so I can control my curls a little better, but the glory of this haircut is I can wear it curly and it still looks great! AWESOME!
Jenn is happy :)
