I am still having pain in my lower quads from Saturday! I did a mini workout yesterday thinking it would be like my ripped in 30 stuff ( pain goes away after 2nd day in a row of workouts) and stretching. I stretched 6x today, biked up 2 of my 3 hills and the storm I was trying to beat ( literally saw the dark clouds moving in and the thunder behind it) hit me about 2 blocks from home ( not soaked but hanging up sweats/vest).
Omg, Bob kept trying to get my email today! Talking about how everytime he sends an email, it goes to drafts and maybe he and I could practice sending emails. 1- you don't need another email to send messages to, you can email yourself 2- you just need to find send and email doesn't even matter. Then he came over and was like write down your email (no, can I have your email? Is it ok if we email?). He then went back to his machines before I could answer I don't email coworkers ( my answer for next time). Thomas was around and kept mentioning how I am smart, and hey, why don't we give him my email and see if he still wants help????
I am seriously thinking of postponing my TJ Wednesday to Saturday and giving my quads 2 days off! I am thinking of suing the instructor! Joke, ppl!
