It sucks here. Still.
That should answer your first question.
I just got phone service set up. Still no furniture. Still no cable. Still no puppy or car. I feel a little more disciplined though. I've started working out (on a schedule) again. Eating better. I went to a silent auction and won passes to a bowling/pool hall. I want to start learning trick shots, but I can't find my book.
Once I've made the trip back from Chicago again, which will may begin sometime mid-late this week. I'm going to work exclusively on getting into school. Once my apps are done then I'll start hitting the pool hall and learning my surroundings a bit better.
Unlikely as it is, if Liz still reads this we should get in touch. I don't mind the drive, in fact a mini-roadtrip would probably be relaxing for me.
I don't intend to be online as much as I used to. Need to keep focused, but don't want to lose touch. A cute girl with tattoos and multi-colored hair offered me a job in a parking lot. I would have said yes but the job was selling paintings. Probably only making as much as when I was working for the Democrats.
I have a few bartending leads, but not persuing them until I have apps done. Also considering a job as an armored car guard, but only because it would be cool for about 5 minutes, money is good too.
Anyway, people should eventually visit. There are some cool places around here but only so much to do when you don't know anyone.
