Writer's Block: How'd You Get Here?
How did I land on LJ?
Roughly 4 years ago I popped on the scene under a different screenname, and just joined a bunch of groups and watched them, posting enough so that I could get into some closed communities.
Fast forward a year, when this channel was born, between me and a group of friends, kinda as a private communication with one another. One by one everyone dropped out until I was the one that remained.
I like LJ because it's more personal than Facebook or MySpace. I feel like it's a great outlet for my life, and it's not AS public of a domain as FB or MySpace. It works out for me because I now don't feel as discrete as I once was.
