time crunch
I have had an entire semester to work on a 7-10 page research paper and so far I have 2 paragraphs. Fortunately, I have most of my sources figured out and a bajillion quotations from them but I still have at least 6 and 1/2 pages to get through by 9:45 tomorrow morning. Stupid procrastination. I was taking Dextroamphetamine for ADD (I was initially offended that Elliot Spencer referred to it as speed the first time Parker used it, but it is kind of a hardcore drug. Ritalin and Aderoll always gave me headaches) but my psychiatrist took me off it once I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder on account of it's been known to exacerbate manic symptoms. If I get accepted into a graduate school, though, I think I'm gonna ask about using it again because I can't afford to screw up there. On the bright side, my ex-boyfriend/best friend/ roommate has decided he'd like to join me when I go to Ecuador to study the Huauoran. I'm convinced that he ought to be an anthropologist but he'd rather get a degree in something useful like the medical field.
