I told myself I could have a half hour of internet time and now its passed my bedtime. So sad...its 9:45.
School is good but exhausting. We're covering topics in my classes that fall into the category of things you'd never want or need to know...like who cares that there are 768 teaspoons in a gallon (I hope I don't have to measure them by hand) or the fact that almost every food has the potential to make us all disgustingly sick...Safety & Sanitation should come with a warning label because I'm starting to not want to eat food ever again. Wait...this sounds awesome...culinary school = best diet ever. Just wait a few weeks until Cakes class starts, then I'm sure I'll be saying that culinary school is the wort diet ever. Ooh ooh...we got to pipe/write with chocolate today...that was fun.
