Sir Husband and I are moving to Edinburgh tomorrow morning. The past week has been a packing bonanza. It's just one of those situations in which all of the loose ends fall into place at the very last minute.

I'm not quite sure why it feels like such a big move. Edinburgh is closer to London than San Francisco is to Los Angeles.

Hm.

I survived my tonsillectomy! It's been 12 days now, and I'm definitely starting to approach normalcy as far as my energy levels go. The pain is negligible at this point; it's no worse than a sore throat ( Read more... )

The Husband and I took a little trip up to Edinburgh this past week because I had some nursing business to attend to at the University, and to do some real estate investigation around the city.
