Eating meat is an activity that I cannot support. I won't explore the reasons in depth, but there are a multitude of ethical reasons that I can't ignore. Hmm, Blood Pudding isn't too much different from Jello, other than the fact it is wrapped in intestinal lining... ;)

I feel I ought to try haggis one day, but I'm sure the texture of heart-meat, or stomach or anything like that would make me lose my lunch pretty quick.

ah, don't worry. Haggis is ground pretty fine. It's pretty salty, too.
