Minor friends cut

I just went through and did a small clean-up. If we don't talk anymore, if you or I filter each other out of entries or you haven't updated your journal in years, then I made the cut. I share a lot of deeply personal stuff on here from time to time, and I don't see the point in having that information out there for people that aren't interested. ^^
