Leverage!

I am still loving this show.  And the recent episodes have convinced me that I actually do like all of the characters, female ones included.

I had a lot more to sayabout this show, but i accidently deleted the post before posting, and now can't bring myself to try and rmember eveything I had to say.  Just assume it was awesome and you agree with me, it's probably the easiest thing to do.

Safe to say, I love Alec and Eliot and Sophie the best at the moment, but am really enjoying all of the characters and there intereactions with each other, and the way the show is slowly fleshing out the characters (and there pasts) with small flashes and throwaway comments.

Music!

Looking forward to getting the few CD's I've got coming in the post, as you know, I always love new music, it makes me smile.

Currently listening to the Jet Black and Jealous album by Eli Young Band, which is an awesome album, I'm really enjoying listening to it, thanks to celtic_cookie who is responsible for me even knowing they exist.
When it rains, Mystery in the making, and Radio Waves are currently  my favourite tracks on the album.

Also, I've just bought a Reckless Kelly t-shirt, and the Cd, the Day, which I am very much looking forward to getting.

Yesterday I was messing about on myspace - not something I do often, I pretty much hate the site, and only have one to check out the music pages there.  So anyway, I end up back on the Christian Kane page - and yep, I have reaffirmed my love for his music (not that it was ever in doubt) but I adore Whiskey in Mind, and I've liked Somethings Gotta Give since the first time I heard it over a year ago, so yeah, hopefully a new album out in 2009.

Travel!

I'm getting ready to book my flights to Colorado, to go visit folks, looks like I'm going the end of March, begining of April at the moment, though I need to confirm things with some people first, but I've managed to find some nicely priced flights so I hope to get it sorted soon.  Which will be awesome, cause I miss my friends in CO and I miss the state itself, can't wait o get back there for a while (even if it's only 2 weeks).

So I'm quite excited about that.

I'm also fairly sure I'll register for the Residential School course I want to take, which would take me off work for a week in July or August to go study rocks in Northern England, not quite as exciting as Colorado, but puts me one step closer to finishing my Geosciences dipolma - the text books for the nest course have arrived, and I'm getting myself psyched up to start studying again.

Well that was long, and vaguely boring, sorry.
