It's Wednesday...and there's no Torchwood...
Which is just wrong.
Ok...it's been moved to Fridays and everything, but I used to really like the way it broke the week up being on Wednesday andno here I am, on Wednesday, and no Torchwood. Hopefully I will last the two more days until Friday.
Mind, I am fairly well stoked up on Torchwood, my friend bought the Season 1 box set when I was visiting, so we watched the first 6 episodes over the weekend, which was good, to see those episodes again.
Also watched over the weekend (yes my friend also like TV) was Transformers, which was fun, and Death at a Funeral, which was awesome, and had Alan Tudyk in, which makes it doubly awesome. We also watched Dodgeball, which is fun too, and had Alan Tudyk in as well...(yay for Steve the Pirate).
So basically a whole lot of TV watching over the weekend, but it was awesome to see my friend again, and I didn't crash and die on the journey down (first solo motorway trip), so all is of the good.
In other news work is worklike, the house buying thing is still with the solicitors and mentaly I've selected most of the furniture and stuff I want to buy....no I just have to actually BUY the house...it's not going fast enough for me.
THe OU course I'm doing is going okay, i hope, I just handed in my first assessment, so hopefully I will get decent marks for that, fingers crossed, and I've started to read the book for the next sextion.
Finally, Ianto Jones has stolen my brain, my soul and any other thing that could possibly be connected to my person. I have this little Inato Jones living in my head at the moment, making sarcastic comments and giving little insights into his possible background (most likely an AU background, cause I've yet to see Fragments) but not giving me enough to burst through the writers block I've had for the past 3 months (or 5 years intermitently, take your pick), so yeah, both a good and a terrible horrible, bad thing.
