My first (and last) Yoga class was...interesting. My classmates were as nice as could be, but the instructor...well. He went on and on about how Yoga will make you strong and healthy, which you have to be because you have to have kids to put that strength to use. I hate this class. I hate it so much it hurts. I don't understand how some of these people (including the instructor) made it out of elementary school, much less into university.
