Yuletide!

How sad is it that the yuletide ficathon is one of the holiday season traditions that I look forward to the most? I've been participating since 2003 and at this point it gives me the same warm feeling inside as watching Christmas movies with my family, decorating the tree and watching loved ones open gifts. It's one of the best fandom activities I've ever been involved in and I hope to continue doing so for as long as the tradition remains. What brought this on? It's fandom nomination time once more.
