Have you ever heard a sound that's so loud or so high-pitched that you had to hold your head and try to get away from it? They kept playing a bunch of those over and over at me, so...

Oh, Luke. I'm so sorry. I can't believe how awful they are. It should get better with time - most of the things the Malnosso do get better after a while.

Because of . . . something that happened over the summer, they made it so I can't feel pain anymore. I know how you feel. But it gets better, I promise.
