the boooooo house
i have internet again!!! praise the lawd. i also have a new flat full of boxes and pretty much nowhere to sit down. but all is well and good in the land of me.
dave and dawn helped me move most of my stuff up the road yesterday which is really really appreciated. otherwise id probably still be struggling up the road with it right now. my grandad and my 2 brothers helped a bit too. most of the day was actually spent just sitting around and making vague attempts to take things out of boxes. didnt get very far. managed to make my bed and thats about it. and the stereos set up. but it looks like im gonna be spending quite some time getting this place just the way i want it.
jim spent much of last night painting his walls and im beginning to think that he had the right idea after all. but i couldnt do that because i dont have anywhere else to stay right now so i HAD to move all my stuff in. plus i cant afford paint. so maybe the walls will be white for a while. and i'll have to put up with the mingin granny furniture. but student loan should be forthcoming.
must go now and eat and drink more coffee. then a cigarette. then i'll pretend im gonna do something but just sit on the net instead. bliss.
