One of the things that is incredibly good at is reading other people. You could say that he gets paid to judge them for a living. So what characteristics do you think would immediately stand out about your character to D? Just comment with character name/journal/traits.
As far as giving permission for D, I think I'm going to do it on a case-by-case basis, so if you have a question about whether you can or can't do something to him, leave a message here or IM/PM me.
