I have a Beta Type question for someone who reads Bleach and Inuyasha and has some concept of wording in scientific journals......  (not asking for much am I?)

IF Ukitake Juushiro has tuberculosis I have a few questions:

• Did he get it when he was alive? or was he born dead?
• If he got it when he was alive, why does he still have it when he's dead?
• If he got it after he died, are the bacteria ghost bacteria?
• If he was born 'dead' then the same questions apply.
