thanksgiving update
ok so here's what i've been up to lately! home! i went home:
*got home after lots of delays and an entire day in the airport
*visited con mi familia and ate mom's homemade cookies
*got lots of sleep with my snuggle buddy: shannan
*went to o'charley's for a reunion w/the tuesday crew
*chatted in my kitchen w/the girls...always fun
*saw xmas w/the cranks con mi familia...DON'T waste your money!!!
*went to the airport to pick up kelli
*played w/my sisters
*had thanksgiving dinner w/the whole family and some random couples (1 from africa and 1 from brazil)
*after dinner nap w/shan
*played scategories and catchphrase w/lim and jindsay, cam, and my sisters...always fun b/c jim and cam crack me up!
*movie w/shan
*helped shan rake the vball court which took freakin' forever b/c of all the rain
*ran 5 miles...YAY!
*got to see most of the M.E. posse
*attempted to play the sock game
*played vball in the freezing cold...sadly drew and i lost to tolson and brian :(
*had hot chocolate and made s'mores in the fireplace and watched elf then played the what if...game!
*stayed up chatting and trying to figure out things w/shan b/c we are both fickle little girls
*got an early wake up from papa brooks
*majorly helped padre help the economy
*got a snowboarding jacket...it's pink :D
*made a fool out of myself, or rather let kelli make a fool out of me, at sports authority
*hit up nmgc to watch sam and visit w/coaches and girls
*saw finding neverland...SO GOOD! johnny depp is AMAZING!
*got our xmas tree and my gdawg's xmas tree in the freezing cold w/the help of rob
*went to on the border for some yummy mexican food! i miss on the border!!!
*finally got back to utah after many delays and an entire day in the airport
*got to the jeep and it was covered in snow...had to scrap all the windows and unfreeze the doors
*shut the back of the jeep after it flew open on the highway...luckily jen saved our luggage
*got back to the bubble...chatting w/my floor about everyone's break
*visited chipman to see all those girls and hear all about the exciting break times
*wrote my last paper for child development!!! it was 11 pages long...my last long paper for the semester!
since then i've gotten lots of sleep, worked out, played, did some hw, watched my shows!
i cannot believe one tree hill! pretty much i've decided that hailey is NOT gonna go to ny w/chris, brooke's gonna realize that she's still way in love w/lucas, jake's gonna make payton happy so she'll stop doing coke, and anna and felix are going to stop being so LAME!!! question: has anyone else noticed that at least once each episode, felix walks out of the bathroom w/o a shirt and drying his hair?
went up to salt lake w/kris, karen, brooke, and katey for the jingle ball featuring switchfoot, vanessa carlton, simple plan, and hilary duff...had wayyyy more fun that i was expecting and practically lost my voice, got ice cream even though it was freezing
watched the oc and north shore @ kristan's...naturally...we made chocolate covered ritz-bitz! always fun! and can i just say that i LOVE my shows?!?! seth is so funny, and ryan actually smiled! and tessa is still a bia and nicole's an idiot for falling in love w/the new hot chef...no good...poor jason...
haha my family definitely called all of us not at home to join in the lighting of the xmas tree...it's true...i mean honestly, who does that?!?!...oh wait...my dad...lol
i suppose i should go running now to be somewhat productive since jess and i didn't get to go to open gym b/c of her lame project :( oh well maybe we'll get to go tumble on mon...
