New Baby Stuff!
I bought my crib bedding today!
I'm sort of running out of stuff for my parents to buy me, lol. Originally I thought we'd get one of our parents to buy the stroller, but then we found one and got it. We got the crib, we got the changing table, I KNEW we'd have a parent buy the bedding because it's so expensive... Today I was at the store and saw two patterns I liked on clearance for $30 and $40. I called hubby and asked if he could do an 'area check' at Wal-Mart (hehe). So he came 'to be sure the store was safe' and happened to look in my buggy while he was there. He liked this pattern best even BEFORE I told him it was the less expensive one. I knew I didn't want sports or cars and trucks or just random blue stuff, and I've looked at similar ones to this a couple of times. Animal accesories should be pretty easy to find. I went online after getting home (they didn't have accesories left in the store) and the pattern is still $70 online, so I'm glad I didn't buy it online! Can I look at it like I saved $40 so I can go SPEND $40? hehe! Since it's on clearance I have to decide quick what stuff I want that matches it, then try and find it :p This baby is the first one I've ever been able to find this many good deals with.
But now my mom keeps reminding me that they still need to buy me something! I told her we need a dresser but I don't think she was excited about that. It's not 'cute' enough, I guess, lol. They might do the Wall Hangings and Mobile that match. The website does free shipping if you pick it up at your local store. The only thing I've seen that I want that I can't find is the rug with a tiger on it! It's so cute and I saw it on the floor in one of the big nursery room pictures, but I can't find the darn thing anywhere for sale, not even online. Bah!
