Thanks for having the interesting interview with Dennis McKenna. I have been looking forward to this interview for quite some time.  However, I can't say it was what I was expecting, but then again.. most shows never are.

I love it when  I "shift".. It feels really cool.   I have about a week.. sometimes two.. when I FEEL things shifting. My Consciousness shifting... I can no longer deny and be skeptical about any of that... I just can't....

I spent 41 dollars on some SUPERFOOD powder.   That had protien stuff, green stuff, probiotics etc... Actually it is pretty good.  However it is UBER expensive.  3 bucks for one packet.

It is supposed to be I guess kind of like a meal replacer.

I bought a ton of emergen C too.
