My response to the Stock Market Drop and the Web Bot October 7th dire predication....

Yesterday (and today) marked 4-year lows in the financial markets, with the biggest point loses ever. Curiously the previous Web Bot date Sep 20-27 2007 marked all-time highs for the markets. It's all a matter of perception, of course...

Yes, they were, Dow was over 14000 in end Sep 2007 and now it's under 10k and going lower! Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, all these financials in end 2007 were trading at multiples of their historical averages. Before that (2004) there was a huge boom cycle in housing stocks. And before that (1999) in the tech stocks... I used to keep track of the market trends in terms of moon cycles because they correspond a lot.

It's all been bubble and bust cycles since 1925 until now. No indication yet as to where the insane train wreck is going to next.

If it was mere lies, one could ignore them. Science itself has an agenda behind it. The problem is that the very issues that arrive to public knowledge are controlled by mass media and most people are hypnotized, so you can't argue with them. Good luck finding someone who is awake... from a practical perspective though it's important to let go of information, we tend to be slaves to information and that's not a good thing.
