Hollywood... You're such a bastard.
So 16 weeks since I've been on the LJ, but I feel the need to vent on hearing this news. I just saw on some TV show that they are planning on remaking Bill & Ted. REMAKING?!? WHY!!?!? I can see trying to make a B&T 3 with them older and their Utopian future in motion and then threatened by something and then they have to have more "zany" adventures to fix it. Try to squeeze more money out of it that way not by taking the easiest road and shitting out the exact same thing that has already been done. This is the laziness in Hollywood that pisses me off. I've also caught wind that they are "remaking" Short Circuit and The Terminator... what next? Back to the Future?!? Quit fucking with the films from my youth Hollywood, they may not always be perfect, ...*chokes up a bit*... but the way that I remember them is perfect!
