yesterday was nearly a disaster.
i'm running out of steam and it's only tuesday.
double shifts.
pineapple,
burned egg whites.

i guess i was doing my deadlift wrong.
now i'm doing it right, and i can pull 45 lbs more.
deadlift 135lbs x 8 [3 sets]
running 27 minutes.

each day one minute more. except for today. everything hurts. and i'm out of groceries so i guess it's tuna and celery and food from a can.
