Things to do.

1. Have the cats microchipped. My appointment for this is tomorrow.
2. Discuss tickets to the UK, and determine a) whether I'm going, b) what my budget is for the trip if so, and c) how long I'll be away.
3. Set a writing schedule for finishing the current redraft of ALH/the last editorial corrections to R&R. Stick to this schedule.
4. Make blazing amounts of potato leek soup.
5. Cancel my gym membership (without the company discount, I simply can't afford to keep it up). Break out the Richard Simmon's tapes.
6. Begin purge of stuff, round one. There are a lot of reasons for this. Garage sales are lovely things. They keep the wolves of winter at bay.
7. Send out at least five poems in the next ten days to the markets currently accepting submissions (according to my current copy of the Poetry Writer's Market).
8. Find my bedroom floor. Seriously. Yeesh.
9. Re-file my CDs, and finish re-ordering my MP3 list. Make a separate MP3 list for Toby, since she's all about the Counting Crows and '80s rock.
10. Sit down and cry. But no more than an hour a day, and that only for the first week. Then we'll re-address.

See? I have a plan!

Sort of.

self, to do
