I can go with either. Since I'm doing hand-delivery, shipping is not required. In fact, let's just do cash -- it's simpler. :)

Considering Waterfoul Foul... can you ship a CD along with it? How much would the total be? Zip code is near Chicago. And yes, I'm going to Duck.

I can ship a CD at the same time, but there might be a $6.00 shipping charge (instead of the cumulative seven it would otherwise be); the strip mailers + postage come out to a little over five, and the CD would push it one step up.
