Conversations before bed.

Rebecca: "I'm a little disturbed by your Iron Poet post averaging more than twenty word sets an hour."
Me: "That's just how we roll around here."

Yup, that's just how we roll.

Although if we break five pages of comments before noon tomorrow, something is seriously wrong with somebody. That's all I'm saying.

silliness, friends

I would prompt you, but I am dead tired and cannot remember the name of the poetic form. Also, I made it in the last two rounds, and I shouldn't be greedy.

You're much less greedy than I. I make a devoted effort to get into every single round. >_>

And you basically manage it, too!

. . . oh dear. Should I worry more about my requests being obnoxiously memorable, or is it just that you know me?

Given that it's already at four pages....

You have 902 people who have you friended. If even a quarter of them are reading on a daily basis (we're all addicts) that's 225 people that will see that post in 24 hours. Iron Poet is a popular activity, so expect a 50% or so response rate. You've still got another 50 comments coming in before you hit that number, and you only need 20 more to break into a fifth page.

Logic would then indicate that something is seriously wrong with somebody, given your "if" statement.

But I think we all knew that already. QED

This was a very math-y restatement of exactly what I was thinking.

There's nothing wrong with the people who post their words, as you write such lovely things, so clearly you can see where the blame would fall.

Of course, the fact that you're insane enough to do this adds so much happiness and gorgeous poetry, so your insanity is quite welcome to stick around.

Just wanted to say -- when I saw today's Girl Genius, with the sparkly pink homicidal maniac princess, I thought of you.
