Good idea: not going to work when you have stomach flu.
Bad idea: deciding that you have cabin fever and going out of the house anyway. Because that's never ended badly, ever once.
Good idea: allowing Kate -- who has a headache and is not really up for enthusiastic activity anyway -- to talk you into sitting down to watch the BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice with Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy. Finally come to understand, from this viewing, why Kate insists on viewing Tybalt as Colin Firth. Also, yum.
Bad idea: fail to check before starting the show to make sure that the TiVo has all three parts. Seriously. FOUR HOURS LATER, we discovered that part three was missing.
