My cousin lives in a townhome in Southern CA. It is a 2 bedroom dwelling, and I believe that, including the garage and its annexed hot tub room, it is 4 stories. Garage, then living room and one bath, then kitchen dining, then bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms.
