Just the other day, I was thinking 'hmmmmm...perhaps I have sufficient BPAL to keep me occupied for, say, the rest of recorded time.'
And now? Now, they've released their BPAL Steamworks collection, which is, I swear, the first General Catalog collection that I've looked at and thought 'yeah, all right, I'll just take that, then, shan't I?' Sometimes, I'm not just a girl, I'm a big ol' geek, and a predictable one, at that.
Memo for Beth: hey, since you've decided to do the steampunk perfume set, do you think you could maybe see your way clear to doing a monster movie and general horror set? Pretty pretty please? For me? Because the Halloween scents are only the beginning...
(And I must admit, I'm quite tempted by the Innsmouth Guppies supporter set, if only because everyone needs a sporty T-shirt with flesh-eating guppies from beyond space and time getting ready to kick the asses of anyone who pisses them off.)
In other news, I did wind up getting a bottle of Worm Moon, which smells, basically, like going for a good roll out in the graveyard under a fat midsummer moon, while the wild roses they've planted to keep the vampires at bay are shedding their petals like tears all over the loamy earth. I put it on and want to go dance on tombstones, which is very antisocial if you're not in a George Romero movie. It's like Penny Dreadful squared.
