Seanan, you're about to walk into what could easily become an ice storm. Thought you'd like to know before you got there. No, seriously, I just had a look at the radar, and it's showing "mix" behind the front, which will get to to Boston before you do. Thought you'd want to know and take precautions.

Wait, she's going to be there tonight or tomorrow?
Weather.gov for Boston seems to be okay by Thursday late afternoon...

(If the plane has to detour into New Hampshire -- my area's showing all rain here, and temps above freezing thank something till after 10pm -- I have a spare bedroom that can have the manga-clutter shoved under the bed cleared up on short notice. Also cats and more clutter in the rest of the house. But. Y'know, emergencies and weird internet strangers fangirls and all that.)

If the plane lands in Manchester, that's actually easier than Logan for me to get to -- as long as I can still send my clone to Boston to pick up the NESFA Press guest.

But the latest weather forecasts I've seen show Thursday afternoon as having no problems.

And that is far, far better than having to rely on pathetic fangirls strange fen, aye!
*looks at all the rain* Hopefully the drive tomorrow will be good for y'all.

You seem to be operating under the assumption that I will leave the hotel for anything less than 'hopping straight into waiting car with working heat'. Further, you seem to be operating the assumption that I own anything at all suitable for wearing into an ice storm.

Just didn't want you to be surprised, that's all.

For what it's worth, I have a sweatshirt that's a tad too small for me, meaning it'll swim on you, if you need an extra layer waiting for you at con.
