Bits and pieces for a Christmas morning.
1. It has just begun to snow. Actual flakes of frozen white, falling from the sky. This thrills me, largely because I am inside, rather than being outside, where the snow is. If forced to go into the snow, I would be less thrilled.
2. Of course, I am going to be forced into it very shortly, as we're going to see Sweeney Todd as a Christmas celebration. The movies (and the promise of movie theater popcorn, which is one of life's small pleasures and vast treasures) are a sufficient enticement to make me face the cold, but only better.
3. The morning has been deeply pleasant. Fishy is playing Rock Band, Vixy is cataloging art, and I'm messing around in the yuletide archives, rather than working on Newsflesh like I'm supposed to. I am a bad blonde, full of procrastination.
4. Tony and I will be doing some heavy-duty rehearsing tonight, so that's okay.
5. I got SLiTHER fic for yuletide! Sheer glee and joy.
6. Happy holidays to everyone, whatever they are, whether they're past or yet to come. We've passed the solstice, the holly is in bloom, the Doctor Who Christmas special has aired, and I have stolen Vixy's socks.
