If this is the Lyrica - you could have called us and we could have brought you some to get you through. *hugs* Have they tried prescribing you topical pain patches? They have helped Cruz immensely.
Call your doctor's office. They can call in a replacement prescription to a pharmacy convenient to where you'll be. (Or, if you have refills on the prescription, or think you might, call the pharmacy that filled the initial prescription. They may be able to fill (or partially fill) your refill early so you have meds while you're waiting for the first batch to turn up.)
(This may be complicated by the fact that pregabalin is a controlled substance. However, it's Schedule V, which puts it on the same level as codeine. The really annoying paperwork is for Schedule II controlled substances, like Ritalin and the heavy-duty narcotics.)
Hopefully you get a call-back with good news from the breakfast place, or discover that one of the cats absconded with the bottle. (Look, Mom, it rolls away when I bat at it AND it makes noise! Best. Toy. Evar.)
Call your pharmacy and see if they can give you emergency doses until you can call your doctor. If you have walgreens, you could find a 24 hr store, or go on the way to work tomorrow.
