F1 Japanese GP!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!

ALONSO WON THE JAPANESE GP!!! -> Btw, my late reaction is due to the asswipe that is the Australian channel delaying broadcast until 6 hours AFTER THE RACE HAD FINISHED.

FINALLY!!! After oh such long dry spell, I could hear the Spanish & French national anthems again and see blue on the top podium. I'm sorry, I have to do this... "ALLEZ LES BLEUS!"

Oh, joyful, joyful...

*in bliss*

Some sour Ferrari fan might point out that Alonso only got it cause Michael retired, but HAH! Ain't gonna take my pleasure off the whole thing.

Speaking of which...

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA to Michael!

I seriously laughed out with glee, unapologetically, while calling out "SUCKER!" a couple of times, when he retired.

OMFG! What are the chances??? Apparently, Ferrari has not had a retirement for Michael since 2001! Bloody hell...

Oh, whoever's up there loves Alonso this weekend :). Or maybe karma's finally caught up to Michael/Ferrari ;). Whatever... I don't want to dwell too much in it for fear I might jinx things for Alonso & Renault (apparently, I'm superstitious *knocks wood in an OCD manner*). If the same thing that happened to Michael happened to Alonso in the next race (ie. Michael wins the race and Alonso retires), Michael can still win the world championship, boo :(.

I was SO HAPPY for Renault too. Now leading Ferrari by 9 points!!! I'm telling ya... I may be an Alonso fan, but it's gonna be hard for me to 'leave' Renault for McLaren next year, especially since the latter hasn't really impressed me. Oh well, Alonso's made his bed and I'm following him (heh, that sounds bad ;) ).

Sad for Fisichella though, losing his best friend a few days ago :(. Man, he was so crushed. That podium must have been so bittersweet.

Massa got P2 unfortunately, but hey, better THAT Ferrari than the other one ;). I wonder... If Massa hadn't (so obviously) let Michael pass earlier, would he have won the race and therefore give Michael better chance for the next race? Hmmm... *Hands Ferrari bitter pill* Swallow it.

Kimi didn't retire! Wow, the retirement gods made a mistake and took Michael instead?

And well done for Toyota! They were my 'underdog' team last year (this year it's BMW) so I'm happy for them.

Kinda conflicted that Kubica had to race his teammate for the last point, but still happy for Heidfeld. I hope BMW stays strong next year.

F1 - Japanese GP
1. Alonso
2. Massa
3. Fisichella
4. Button
5. Kimi
6. Trulli
7. Ralf
8. Heidfeld
9. Kubica

I was gonna do a MASSIVE TV update, but I'm too pumped for this :D.
