The REAL Drake!

I missed breakfast but was feeling good enough that I got lunch in the lounge (much to the surprise of the crew!). I celebrated back in my room w/ some Milchnuss Lait-Noisettes (chocolate). Shortly after lunch, the weather turned to 'Drake Shake'. Unfortunately, there is no one to bring me crackers to my room. :( Oh well, I can live on water for 2 days.

"The weather started getting rough. The tiny ship was tossed. If not for the fearless crew, the Minnow would be lost!"

While it's not the 170 mph wind gusts of Dutch Harbor, it is:
Force 9 Strong Gale winds.
6+ meter swells and growing.
50 knot winds and increasing.
30 degree rolls.
All outer decks closed. Bridge closed.

A few moments ago, my roommate sat up in bed and the roll was so severe he slid backwards until his back was flush against the wall. We both laughed in surprise.
Off to dream land where the world doesn't shake so much.
